All welcome!

Candlelight Yin

In yin yoga we target the connective tissues, along with the energetic systems of the body, bringing the body into balance and increasing it’s natural range of motion. Poses are done while seated or lying down and are held in stillness for 3-5 minutes; encouraging breath awareness and stillness of the mind while surrendering to the pose. This practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is designed to support expectant mothers in a relaxing practice. In this class we will explore gentle yoga poses to soothe the body and center the mind. Our goal is to leave you feeling more connected to yourself and your baby. Appropriate for pregnant women of all levels and any stage of pregnancy.

Hot Vinyasa

Hot Vinyasa is a unique combination of dynamic breathing and strong asana to cultivate body awareness and inner strength. Taught in a heated room, this class will invigorate your body as you flow through creative and powerful sequences. This class is suitable for students seeking to take their asana practice to the next level.

Ashtanga

This class follows the same basic principles of the Ashtanga Yoga system in a modified/shorter duration. It emphasizes the breath (Ujjayi pranayama), focused gazing (Drishti), and dynamic movements (Vinyasa flow) that connect the poses (Asana).
